John , Kali and Christi have been amazing. This team was exceptional service. i am so glad my family and I stayed. I am so happy that we stayed at this facility. Everyone from the food service until those who cleaned the room were so helpful. I will coming back!!

This customer service is without question; welcomed by Peta, Kali attempted to correct our mattress that felt like it had a hole in it by offering an additional mattress pad and John at checkout was the icing on the cake. Hotel in need of renovation. Cleaning ladies should be counseled about cleaning and respecting guests personal property.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites for our Davis Family Reunion, and let me tell you...the staff were absolutely amazing!
From the moment we entered the building, the staff were pleasant, polite, professional, and friendly. Whenever we needed assistance, they were there to resolve any issues promptly.
We had over 60 family members attend the reunion, and every single one of them was pleased and satisfied with their experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton.
