I titled this review "Comfortable bed and pillows" because that was the most memorable thing about my stay. We stayed here for just one night while in town for business, so we didn't really experience much at the hotel. However, Yodit at the front desk was pleasant both when we checked in and when we checked out. The room was clean, and the bed & pillows were comfortable. That's all we really needed. One slight negative would be the low water pressure in the shower. But the towels were soft (not scratchy like some hotel towels) Plus, they had nice shampoo and conditioner to use in the shower. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 6 nights while on business and I’m so glad I chose this place ! The team were extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions I had during my stay. I included the breakfast option which offered a wonderful continental selection and also a cooked option which was cooked to order and delicious ! Hotels in a great location with subway link a short 10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

I really love this hotel everytime I come to Boston I stay no where else but the freepoint and the receptionist chantel is very welcoming and makes everything much more pleasant always makes a good positive vibes and cares about making your stay very happy and enjoyable.. and she's always got your back what with what ever you need she's a dimond for this place and... all the staff is very good people I would say if your going to Boston go no where else but the freepoint they really have got xfactor for hotels very good staff very clean rooms and great bar and great restaurant so go light up your stay in Boston and feel at home
