New and very well run accommodation, where Eric at check-in gave all the information necessary for the duration of our stay so that the next contact was check-out. Rooms are well serviced and there was no need to call the hosts for missing or faulty items. Great location such that it was a easy walk to the convention centre as well as downtown shops and attractions. A superb complementary breakfast is provided each morning for guests and very well run, not one queue for the the whole stay. The corner wall to wall window room on the 8 floor was very comfortable and overlooking downtown. There was a functional kitchenette with microwave, hot plates, dishwasher, fridge, all crockery, cutlery, cookery! There was a large bathroom with wall in shower but no bathtub (not that we ever use so not an issue for us). Checkout was simple and took less than a minute with helpful advice on Uber pick up zone (hotel has two street entrances). With the current set up and staff, the hotel is definitely on my return list when next in Seattle.

Took light rail from the airport then walked about 10 mins to the hotel. Check-in was easy as the room was ready early. The hotel is new so of course everything is still nice and fresh. Bed was comfortable and enough storage was adequate. I researched over 5 months on accommodations and plans for this trip and I'm happy with my choice. My only request would be that the bar food options were available a little later. The free breakfast was wonderful in my opinion and had something for everyone. We visited the bar twice and had a wonderful time. That's where we meet Jeremy of the Marriott staff. He was just a pleasure to us and all other patrons there's always 1 person during your trip that stands out and he was it for us. If your researching accommodations for your next stay in Seattle you can't go wrong with this locations. FYI they will store your luggage if your early or have to check out but you have a late flight.

Very nice, comfortable hotel in downtown Seattle. All rooms have a mini kitchen with microwave and fridge; full queen size bed/ or 2 doubles And a pull out sofa bed. Decent breakfast is included.Newer hotel, within 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping area and the Pike Market; quite a few good dinning options around. Staff is vey courteous and helpful. The only comments I would have: parking is very expensive $40/night; the air conditioning / heat in the rooms is noisy, old technology... if you’re a light sleeper this might be an issue. Overall, it’s a lovely, clean place offering a lot of value for the price compared to similar hotels.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. Room was clean and new. Only thing lacking was an in-room safe. We used the one at the front desk, so that worked fine. Breakfast was as expected for a Residence Inn. We would stay here again.

Nice, new hotel that made it easy to get to many attractions. Rooms are new, clean and nice, though not as large as some other Residence Inn's we've stayed at. Breakfast was included and had many great choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
