My husband and I started here for a week. After a 90 min transfer from the airport, we were greeted warmly with a drink and a very relaxed check in environment. We stayed in room 105, which was a double room. The room was spacious with good storage and very good bathroom facilities. We had a little deck area outside overlooking the main ski run back into the village.
The food throughout our stay was excellent. We stayed on a half board basis. Breakfast was a buffet style affair, with cooked bacon, sausages and eggs, and there was a very good continental buffet. In the afternoon there was an afternoon tea spread which was very welcome after a day on the slopes. Dinner consisted of 5 courses, including a salad bar and a cheese buffet. Marton was our waiter each day, and he was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, always available without being overbearing. He really made the dining experience great.
The boot room and ski rooms are separate with adequate facilities. It is a short 2 min walk to the main lift up the mountain.
We used the pool and sauna on occasion, it was small but had everything you needed to relax.
There is a well stocked Spar shop 2 mins from the hotel for anything you may have forgotten.
Would absolutely return to this hotel.More
