Stayed at the NOPSI in new orleans. The rooms were spacious and nice appointed. The view from the 8th floor was awesome and the roof top bar was a nice place to hang out and view the city. A short walk away was Bourbon street, the French quarter and about anything yiu could need including a walgreen and CVS. I do wish I had parked in the garage around the corner since the valet parking was over $100 for 2 nights and the garage was just $16 per day and was literally right around the corner.

The hotel was clean and new. Rooms also clean and new. Quiet too! The front desk lacked customer service skills. Pretty disappointed in this.

The concierge was wonderful! Best ever! This made up for the other staff lacking customer service.

The rooms were well appointed. Comfortable beds and pillows but the linens were a little lack luster. Thin towels and sheets. Not the place to cut corners.

Overall it was a great stay. But the folks working front desk, certainly need some training. This isn’t the days inn...

Great location, close to all amenities, 5 minute walk to French Quarter. Hotel is beautifully restored, rooms are spacious and quiet, staff is warm and attentive. Loved the Lobby bar for cocktails and the rooftop bar for the view. Would highly recommend

Room tip: Get a deluxe king corner suite if you want to spread out

The entire hotel and staff are great. The conference rooms are beautiful with authentic brick walls. The food is not your normal conference food, but delicious food from New Orleans. Roof top deck offers stunning views of the city.

Lobby and Lobby Bar with outdoor patio are beautiful and very nice place to spend some time having a drink or watching the game on a Saturday afternoon! Highly recommend going there when you are not staying at the hotel. Nice rooftop bar but sort of small. The Hotel however, an Iprefer Hotel, from the checkin to check out just is not up to the standards of New Orleans Boutique Hotels. They do not recognize the IPrefer status nor any of the perks - no upgrade, early check or late check out even though rooms are immediately available (I checked on line). Housekeeping does not come unless you request them and the Suites are really not what they are pictured to be and not at all set up for entertaining although separated from the bedroom nicely! The mini-frig and coffee bar which should be on a bar in the living room are on top of the dresser in the bedroom, tiny and are not restocked. The minifrig might be nice except we never got a key!! Additionally you are led to believe it is an actualy frig you can use. The valets were short staffed and the wait for the car any time we needed it was 30 plus minutes and there was maybe one other person waiting. Bell staff seemed to be short staffed as well. Room service as 45 minues late and then had the order wrong insisting it was as we ordered - (my husband has ever ordered apple juice). Even if he was wrong he should have just said -sure I will get it!!! Seriously customer service is utmost and they just don't have it down. The restaurant is lovely but the food and service not up to par! There is so much better in the city and while this is a beautiful facility, they have a ways to go with customer service and really need to learn to smile and just be welcoming and excited just a little about what they do!! Again the lobby bar and lobby and patio are well worth the visit!!!
