We made th decision to stay here based merely off the reviews posted and past experiences with ES-H. Understandably, everyone will have a difference of opinion and level of exerience rating. Overall, the facilities looked decent but needs to be rennovated to more modern look that matches other ES-H that we have stayed in the past. Our first room we were assigned, during our normal hotel room precheck, we discovered that the beds were soiled with something. Not sure what but it was apparently NOT supposed to be there. The manager (Ms S. Baker) did a good job in attempting to rectify the invonvenience by offering us a new room or to have house cleaning to come up and change the sheets. We opted for the new room. She also provided us with an additional 20K pts for the inconvenience. The next room passed the precheck inspection. Very spacious, (king, 2 rm suite).
Our hats off (and tip $$) goes to the gentleman cooking the omlets. He handled the constant crowd like a champ. When the crowd went down, he prepped and cleaned in preparation for the next wave. And we cooked an excellent omlet and has great customer service skills.

The rest of the breakfadt meal was good as well. The staff did a good job of keeping the eating area cleaned up. For coffee lovers, such as myself, fill your coffee mugs during the breakfast hour. If you want a refill after 9 am, its an additional $2.67, which is absurd and disappointing. Once you walk in the lobby there is a coffee table that has creame, sugar, stirrers..everything that would give one a reasonable impression that theres a courtesy coffee pot that goes on that table at SOME point if the day. Move the table or re-purpose it.

This is a wonderful place to stay for business or pleasure. It was so wonderful an very clean. Front Desk ladies are awesome. Everyone was nice, the lobby is amazing. The inside feels like your outside but your not. You can look up an its beautiful to see the sky even if its raining and be comfy without getting rained on.

Hotel needs updating, old and almost broken fixtures in the bathroom, stained grout in the shower. Remote control did not work in the bedroom. Overall service was good, but not what I expect from an Embassy Suites.

One of the worst properties I have stayed at in a long time. Smells, dirty and the rooms are from the Brady Bunch. As a diamond member I should have ask for a refund. The only reason I gave it one star was due to the great people that worked there. Even they admitted it needs a make over. Plus this was over priced. 199/night for that filth.

Each time I'm there, I'm treated like royalty. From the awesome front desk staff led by Caroline, to the restaurant/reception staff- everyone is awesome. I just send my Daughter's teacher here for her honeymoon and they reported just as I did how awesome they are here. You won't go wrong staying here. And if you do have any issues, they will fix them quick. I love it.
