Well...where do I start.

Fire rings are a joke, pool closed at 9:30 and jacuzzi at 8 and didn't open until 10 am. Mold is present on the pool tiles and the pool wasnt really all that clean.

Staff wasn't friendly...the guy stares you down and wont say hi. No screened enclosures allowed and the bugs were bad. The noise is aweful and didn't feel like we were camping or away from the city. Only gave them 1 star and that's because the bathrooms were at least clean.

This campground is totally overpriced. Took a chance on this one having a heated pool and the closed it early every night.

Next time I'll stay at the Greenbrier Campground down the road....we've always had a great experience there.

We have been here for 4 days and it has been wonderful. The people that run this place have it maintained very nice. The lady at the office is VERY nice despite the other negative reviews. The other workers are just as nice and friendly. I usually don't post a review but I feel the " haters" that post such negative reviews of this beautiful campground should be corrected! The people that are complaining that the sites are too narrow shouldn't be camping in this campground. If they can't back into these sites maybe they need to go to driving school! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay in Gatlinburg!!

We just spent the most relaxing, tranquil 4 1/2 days at Twin Creeks RV Resort! The owners and folks that work there were extremely nice and the campground and bathrooms were spotless! It is close to GSMNP, Gatlinburg, and there is even a grocery store right across the road! The trolley stops right at their driveway too! We found ourselves gravitating back to the camper every day just to sit outside and listen to the creek. The sites are paved and level and a fire pit is provided as well as a picnic table. We can't wait to go back next year! Highly recommend!!

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful location. Restrooms showers very clean, nice people, no problems.
We arrived late but the woman at the office was still there gave us directly our papers and gave us instructions for parking. Laundry worked fine, unfortunately there is no money changer - only at the office during opening.
The CG is a little "out of the time" with many brochures and coupon magazins in smartphone times. But lovely and a good stay.

We stayed in Gatlinburg for a couple of nights and found this campground through the Good Sam website. The campground is well appointed and is very conveniently located. You can catch the trolly right at their parking lot, the camp sites had full hook up and they had a great laundry area. We really enjoyed the park and the cleanliness of the location.

The sites are tight and very narrow...so not a lot of privacy. Our only complaint is the complete inflexibility of the owners. I realize they have rules for a reason and I'm all about following rules. BUT we are on vacation and are trying to have fun. We asked to leave our camper for one hour over the check out time so we could run out for breakfast and we were told no. There were at least 25 empty campsites. The general attitude is not guest friendly...from the check in to the check out process. There are so many options in the area and we will be checking out another option when we come back to the area in October.
