Outdoor Resorts offers gated entry ,two pools, on site restaurant, game room, laundry facilities, putt putt, tennis courts, playground plus much more. includes cable, high speed internet, water/sewer, rubbish removal and lawn maintenance. The park remains open year round for your enjoyment!, the entire park has recently had new 30/50 electrical service added at every lot. This is the perfect location to enjoy everything the Smokies has to offer, whitewater rafting, hiking, zip lining, fishing, mountain coasters, not to mention close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for all the festivities, food and fun they offer. Motorcyclists enjoy having close access to the renowned Dragon Tail! Knoxville and Asheville airports offer convenient and inexpensive air service via Allegiant Airlines, making this a great location for a quick getaway if you want to leave your RV and fly

My wife and I were looking for somewhere in the Smokies to get away from the Charlotte heat. We chose to check this place out and made the three journey from Charlotte to Sevierville TN. From the moment we entered the resort we loved the place very neat, clean and the people were very friendly. We were so impressed that we checked the website and found that a few sites were for sale with very nice fifth wheels and Park Homes. We arranged with the resort brokers to see a few of them. To make a long story sort.....we later placed a bid and happy to say we are now proud owners of land in Sevieville TN that has a beautiful fifth wheel on it. The land is actuall dead in our name and we love having a weekend home!!!!

Kind Regards
Dale and Naomi

We stayed there 3 times so far tghis year. By far, the cleanest, best maintained campground in the Gatlinburg area. One VERY COOL THING....The whole campground is like one GIANT HOT SPOT for WIRELESS INTERNET ! I cound not believe how good it was...I was able to use my magic-jack, NetFlix and MAC TV with the wireless there without a problem. This alone is enough to make me and my family stay there all the time. Great pool and friendly people. The only thing that could make it better was a in camp store. Im going back the week of the 4th. CYA THERE...

Dubby

Room Tip: Rent one of the many Park Homes There

ORA is a great campground. (No tents are allowed, but when I want to tent camp I go elsewhere.) There are a lot of tie downs, but this park is super clean and neat. Many of the tie downs are available to rent by calling the park office. That being said there are still lots for rent. The park has free WiFi. The lots are well mowed, and the scenery is varied. You can get lakeside, creekside, mountain lots, flat lots, and even near the pool. There are actually 2 pools. One olympic size for the whole family and one smaller one for adults only located near the trout pond. There are 3 bathhouses, all very clean. There is a nice laundry facility and a snack bar that is pretty good. If you turn left out of the park, Cobbly Nob Pizza is notfar down the road (not much to look at, but YUMMMMY!) The Greenbrier and Cosby entrances to the GSMNP are not far away. It's about 20-30 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. Several short cut backroads can get you to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, just ask a park employee or one of the "residents" that have a tie down. Love this place!

a few years ago in a rental trailer. It was close quarters, but it was situated by a pretty pond. It was quite a drive into Gatlinburg, so we probably won't stay there again. The prices were reasonable and don't go higher on the weekends. The sofa bed had a hole in the mattress, making it quite uncomfortable. We found ants in the kitchen and the owners gave us an ant trap but it didn't seem to help. It was fun to walk around the area; there was miniature golf and a nice pool. There is a small restaurant there, but we never ate there.
