We were visiting family down in Vancouver and they ended up booking us a room at Candlewood Suites. If it weren't for them we would have never thought about booking here and missed out on a wonderful experience.

The hotel is very clean and the room was amazing. We had a king size bed suite (room 222, to be exact) and I was amazed how how much space there was! It had a complete kitchen, stocked with every kind of dish you could need. The hotel also offers a "borrowing locker" that has different kitchen gadgets, games, and more that you can use during your stay.

Even with a 10-month old baby the room didn't feel small and cramped and he had plenty of room to roam while we were able to relax. The only thing that was a slight bummer is that our 'view' was the new building construction behind the hotel, however that isn't that big of a deal since we were really only there at night.

It was only a few minute drive to the highway so going down to Portland was fast and convenient. Our stay was so enjoyable that we have considered staying here the next time we decide to make a trip to Portland instead of staying somewhere in the city.

ist we met a man at front desk over seeing office area he greeted us and made us feel at home.our room was very comfortable and quiet.we will put this on the stay here list.there several places to eat and shop near by ,this was a great location

Our room wasn’t ready upon checkin. We were given a lesser room for a discount. The breakfast was ordinary and just ok. The hotel is nice but you hear all the neighbors including the ppl above you. Good location. Would stay here again
