The entire hotel was wonderful. The staff was amazing especially Paula Archer. She went out of her was for us and was so good to the children that I was traveling with. I will definitely go back to this hotel whenever I'm in the Vancouver area. Thanks for everything.

Broken bathroom mirror light. Dirty floors in the tile areas. Broken TV remote. Not a good experience .I would look for a different location for my stays in Vancouver Washington It was a nice place three years ago. Breakfast not worth the price. Typical non healthy food.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly with the bathroom mirror light, the cleanliness of the tile floors, and the broken TV remote. I understand how these issues would detract from your overall experience, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

It’s disappointing to learn that your recent stay did not live up to your previous experiences with us. We strive to maintain high standards, and I regret that we didn’t meet them during your visit. Your feedback about the breakfast is also appreciated, and we will be reviewing our offerings to ensure they provide better value and healthier options.

I understand your hesitation in returning, but I hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. We would welcome the opportunity to provide you with the quality stay you deserve.

Two star hotel that nickels and dimes you for everything. Don’t pre-pay for the breakfast! Nice hotel in a decent area. Room was fairly dirty. Bed was comfy but my beagle who has an excellent sense of smell continued to hone in on the bed linen; go figure.

Room tip: Not so great. Better hotels out there with better pricing that doesn’t nickel and dime you like Best Western.

Rooms are large, quiet, clean and well equipped. I was disappointed with two areas. The Happy Hour Bistro is massively understaffed. There is only one (very hard working friendly) woman who acts as hostess, bartender, server and bus boy/girl. Seriously???? This is a big hotel with a lot of hungry/thirsty people. Second, charging $12 for a standard breakfast buffet when the nightly rate is over $200 is cheap. I was never told that when I made my reservation.

This is not your typical Best Western. This is more along the lines of a Hampton Inn. Very solid construction making it quiet. Private balcony and I stayed in a King suite which has a large separate bedroom. the hotel was packed with kids there for a baseball tournament and even so I didn't hear them running around once in the room. Parking was decent, and the customer service was excellent. I was caught up in the cancelled flight debacle on 7/19 and didn't contact the hotel until the following morning...just last on my list...and they worked it out with kindness and consideration. The only complaint that I have is with the food. Some was excellent (flatbread) and some was really bad (boneless wings). We were warned away from the out-of-the-can tomato soup. For the level of hotel, they skimped on the restaurant fare. Too bad. Would have been perfect otherwise.

My carpet in the room looked like it had not been vacuumed, the curtain rod to close the curtain popped off immediately when I went to close the curtains. There was some kind of gunk on the light switch in the bathroom and the shower barely got hot. Upon arrival I was told the breakfast did have a cost and was $12 which seemed quite a bit but I thought ok it must be a really great buffet. My daughter and I went down to get breakfast and after seeing it was not even as many options as the many other best westerns I’ve stayed at and got for free we changed our minds and decided if we were going to pay that much money we would go to a restaurant. I have stayed at this location previously a few years ago and when I arrived then for being a platinum member I got a voucher for a free drink from the bar and the breakfast was continental. Like I said I have stayed at many Best Westerns that weren’t even the Premier brand and had a MUCH better experience from start to finish. I will definitely not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know either
