Loved every minute of our time in Savannah. From the food, to the lovely town squares. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The architecture is beautiful and all the public squares have benches for sitting and reading or visiting.
Go to savannah to visit the downtown. It is historical and beautiful. Walk the streets from square to square and take in the old houses and the read the historical site markers. If you have time go in the houses and visit the cathedral
The ornate Colonial-style and Victorian-style homes, coupled with Medieval cathedrals, are all a must see!
We have always wanted to visit Savannah. However, we were very disappointed and there was nothing that makes us want to return. We were immediately shocked by the number of aggressive homeless people, who walked around approaching people on the street, or making scenes, in broad daylight. The area felt unsafe and in need of TLC. There is not much to do, with only one museum and the restaurants are extremely expensive. The area is small and you can cover it in one day.
I was utterly charmed by Savannah, and my bias will show. A simple walk through this area is a visual feast; the ghost tours are great too!
