I stayed for three nights. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were bulky, which I usually do not like, but they were not hard, so I did very well with them. No stiff neck in the morning. I got the room with the kitchenette.
This is a very convenient option, especially in these times where takeout is the norm. The hotel is situated right in the middle of everything, but it was pretty quiet at night.
A couple of things I did not like, mere annoyances, not really a big issue but I should mention them.
The first is the hallway light that comes in through the door. If you can only tolerate complete darkness then this might bother you. I wish they would invest in some kind of foam stripping to prevent this. There was also light coming in through the top of the blackout curtains. I feel like they could also improve on this.
It was pretty cold in my room, so I turned on the heat. The fan is pretty loud. I had to turn it off so I could hear the TV. I usually sleep with earplugs, and I would be pretty annoyed if I did not have them with me. They really should look into alleviating this issue, because I could imagine that several people would turn their TV volume up, therefore disturbing other guests.

I was on the top floor, there is not much of a view, just office building. The bathroom stall was on the small side, but still adequate for one person. I really like the fact that they have the filtered water on the floors.
The staff were all inviting and friendly. I will be coming to Boston sometime soon and I will definitely consider staying here again.More
