Beautiful hotel in the back bay area. Close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Great location. Very friendly service and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Very spacious room, with a great view. Everything was super clean, with a very comfortable bed. If you want to walk the "historic trail", the start is about a half hour away from the hotel.

Great stay in Sheraton Boston. Check-in was a breeze, room was clean and tidy.

Did have a problem with there being a dance competition on in the hotel. The room next door to us on floor 22 was very loud well into the next morning but was reported and we were moved with no problems.

Refrigerator in the room worked a treat. Bathroom was a decent size and as expected. Has all the amenities you will need. We did have a city view when on floor 22 but when we moved to floor 9 we were looking at another building unfortunately.

Location wise it couldn't be better with it being in Prudential Center so shops nearby and a T stop downstairs. Will certainly stay here again

The hotel was conveniently attached to Prudential Center and a stone's throw away from Newbury St with endless shopping and dining options. Customer service was excellent, however the room could have been cleaned better prior to check-in and the heating system was loud and finicky. All in all, it was an excellent stay especially for the price and I would definitely stay here again. One piece of advice for those driving to Boston, avoid the hotel parking if you can. At $58USD a night, it's quite costly if you're spending a couple of days. We parked in a private lot approximately a 5 min walk away for less than half that cost.

Just returned back from a long weekend in Boston. Checking in was swift and we were met with exceptional service! we were upgraded too to a junior suite which had fantastic views of the river. The hotel was a little dated in its decor however the service and location were second to none!
The Sheraton links through to the Prudential Centre shops and restaurants so it was a short walk to the Cheese Cake Factory. You will also find the Prudential T tube stop there which is ideal if you want to visit all parts of Boston or catching a game at TF Garden. Fab hotel and exceptional location! We will be back!
