Staying at a Hotel in a suite with Club Lounge access once was a treat and wonderful experience - I would not highly rate a suite with Club Lounge access at this hotel as anything but average for the high prices charged.
The Club Lounge was at all times packed with guests like sardines and at times with standing room only. The lounge food was just ok and again nothing like the expected treat.
The suite was very dated with furnishings and appearance unfortunately not in a classic way and the bathroom was "tiny" at best - the door hardly passed the toilet seat.
If you are attending a conference at this location then it is convenient only and if you are looking for a holiday and experience a treat then another location should be considered.

Room tip: The suites are just not worth the money - very dated to say the least.

I stayed here whilst attending a conference at the adjoining Hines centre. The hotel itself is very large and there's a lot around to see, eat and drink.

The hotel itself is insanely priced ($400+ per night despite being booked well in advance) and it was always going to be a struggle to justify the price. Unfortunately it didn't come close.

This hotel has a great location in the heart of Boston Copley area so you can do some shopping or go to all the restaurants around the immediate area. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean. I liked the pool area except I thought that the hotel should include a sauna and a hot tub in the pool area for the price that your pay. Another reason why I gave the hotel a 4 instead of a 5 was because internet was not included and for a high end hotel it should be because of the price. Also rooms are very close together so if you plan on staying to have fun with friends and talk late night your neighbors may be upset because sound travels. Regardless the atmosphere is great and it's very nice!

When I was a wee lad in the 60s, I can recall staying at the Sheraton Boston when visiting my grandparents. Much has changed except for the most identifiable location in town. Within the Prudential Center complex, there are numerous eating, drinking and even bowling opportunities. The T (Green line) is also within the complex, but easier to find if one goes out of doors for a block. The property itself is showing a little wear and tear but not nearly enough to discourage a stay, especially since the location more than compensates.

Room tip: There's construction in the immediate vicinity, so the higher the better. Great views too!

Location great, especially for a conference at Hynes. Easy access to Prudential center and Subway. Rooms were okay. Room had a good view. Bathrooms need a remodel and are about the size of a cruise ship bathroom with a tub.
