Able to locate the booking even with all the name and passport information present
Assured the info was updated in the hotel system but still could not fix the issue during the stay and checking out after 3 days time
Suggest the guest to contact booking.com and indicate they will do some remedy but that was a liar and waste customer time and money on IDD calls

Room tip: Loud air conditioner, will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Service was excellent! Concierge was extremely helpful. He provided numerous tips and tricks. Also, several saving options were provided. My husband and two teenage children were comfortable in the room. I recommend this hotel to others.

Convenient location, comfortable beds with good room size. Front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Recommendations given to us for our short stay in Boston was on point! Thank you and would love to come back again =)

Arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM knowing it was too early for check in, but wanted to valet our car at that time. We were very pleased to discover our room was available! We had booked a Premiere Skyline King, and was delighted to find it was on the 20th floor with a great view from our balcony. The room was very large, but the bathroom was a little small. We decided on this location as a 7 minute walk to the Theatre District where we had booked a show. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions to the Opera House, and also suggested other locations of interest within walking distance of the hotel. Very comfy bed, and a perfect pillow! They actually have a "pillow service" offering various pillows. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops and sights. We would definitely stay here again.

Most of the staff was not friendly, parking at the hotel garage is $40/night and they do not validate. Parking in Boston is expensive, but this was the most expensive. One of their concierges was very helpful. The other was downright rude and treated us like we were idiots when we asked any questions regarding the 4th of July fireworks. Shower/tub switch was broken. Bathroom was small, no frig and no microwave. Rooms are not luxurious at all. For almost $300/night I expected better rooms and service. At one point the elevators were completely backed up and we decided to take the stairs only to find out that requires a security escort and of course he was very put out at that request. It's your policy not mine! This property needs a lot of improvement. Spend your money somewhere else. Like at the Fairmont in Chicago! That's class that the Revere could take note of! Bummed by the experience.
