First time visitor here. Being from Boston area, I do not tend to stay at a hotel, but stayed after a concert at the Garden. I know I am going to butcher his name, but I must say, Rakaysh was one of THE most pleasant front desk person I have met in my travels. Very articulate, very concerned about and focused on my stay being the best it could be. Even went the extra mile to speak to the manager on and for my behalf! Thank you again for that! Room was a King suite. Bathroom was ENORMOUS and BR had THE largest closet I have EVER seen in a hotel! Following morning was buffet breakfast downstairs at Sapore. A BIG shoutout to Zackaria, the fantastic chef! Personable and efficient!! Omelets were fantastic! BUT! There was no tip jar/can/receptacle! While I realize it may be inappropriate/politically incorrect and some people don't tip at all, management should really place something there so as to at least avoid money being placed on a counter, and like the waiters/waitresses, the cooks deserve the tips as well. Bottom line, its a great hotel and I wish I had stayed longer to check out the rest of the place. I would definitely recommend staying here. Its located nicely to access many fine restaurants and is a short walk away from the Blue Hills Pavilion should you be attending a concert there.
