I stayed at the Hotel Commonwealth on Saturday, 1/7/23, with my husband, 2 sons and their significant others. We choose Hotel Commonwealth because it was in the area of where the party was being held. From the first call to the hotel to confirm our reservations, to the minute we checked out, everything was excellent!! The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were very clean, ,and the staff is wonderful! A big shout out to John at the front desk. When he heard it was a surprise party for my son turning 30, he upgraded his room and when we checked in, there was a birthday card and beer on ice for him! What a special touch that you don't see now a days. All the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Hotel Commonwealth! The weekend was perfect and surpassed my expectations! We will be back when my younger son turns 30 lol!

For us, the Commonwealth is our favorite hotel in the Kenmore/Fenway Park area; we’ve been there multiple times for Red Sox games. This trip, however, we were there for a hockey game at Fenway Park; you have a short, maybe a 10-15 minute easy walk to Fenway Park. The staff are great — a big shout out to John and S at the front desk; they are both very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of Fenway; the room was spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking is available via valet. A reminder about coffee — you need to ask at the front desk to have a keurig coffee pot brought to the room, no issue whatsoever.

All in all a great stay!

Fabulous hotel near Fenway. Clean, great staff. This is the place to stay if you are headed to Fenway or to the House of Blues for a show. Short walk, convenient. Valet parking. Truly helpful and pleasant folks at the desk and valet. Looking forward to my next stay.
