Check in was really smooth and the service was great. Really appreciated that they asked about our visit and offered a map of the city and landmarks to visit. The room was really nice and cute. Feels very up to date and clean. The design is very nice especially considering the hotel is on the cheaper side, definitely felt we got more than our moneys worth on the room. Although there was a few chips on the bench seat which didn’t bother me that much but may be something someone else would be distracted by. The desk pad also could have been cleaned more. However, appreciated being able to access Netflix on the tv and other channels. Beds were nice and soft. Pillows were a bit too soft for me, would have appreciated some firmness to them but still had a great night sleep. Valet was decent, although expensive but seems to be the norm in Boston, so can’t fault them too much for that. Lastly, wasn’t a huge fan of the bartending service. There’s a lounge that seems to be open for guests regardless of whether you’re buying anything but the bartending service made it feel like you needed to buy something. We would have bought drinks anyway but I don’t like feeling pressured to buy just to sit in an open area. Also didn’t really like the drink I ordered.
