Amazing hotel and staff! It was my first time staying at an AC hotel and it just gave me the best experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and I will for sure be back my next trip to Boston. Thanks Rachel for a great check in!

We shave stayed here multiple times. Every visit has been great. The place is brand new. Staff is exceptional. We need this location to visit family and could not be happier. I recommend booking directly with the front desk for the best prices.

Outstanding experience at the AC Hotel in Downtown Boston. The front desk staff as well as the bartender on Saturday night were excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night.

I experienced an acute medical problem during my stay over New Year’s weekend. The staff was so very helpful in guiding the paramedics on a crowded New Years Eve. They followed up with my family and kept my room open until I was able to return.
Once recovered I appreciated the quite room, comfortable bed and location in a great neighborhood.

We checked in with a young Latinx person with the initials EDW, very nice and let us stay in the suite the entire time when we only had 1 suite night award left! I’m blanking on their name but wanted to give them a shoutout. The separate living space and double vanities in the bathroom are amazing. Great location, so close to everything, easy access to highway. Highly recommended. As a Marriott Bonvoy (tm) Platinum Elite guest I felt very welcome and taken care of.

Room tip: Parking is expensive but convenient
