One of 2 elevators were broken and in 3 days no one ever was seen to look at it or attempt to fix it. The wallpaper was torn in the halls and in the hotel room. The rug was filthy in the bathroom and had some unknown dark horrible stains on it. No one ever offered housekeeping even when we placed towels in a pile on the bathroom floor as instructed. No fresh towels or linens or ANY upkeep. The room phone was broken and never took a charge ( handheld) .I called the desk to request room service from my cellphone and explained that our room phone was broken- NO ACTION . Oh also no answer at room service the 5 times I tried to call. Submitted a lte check out online and was told one of the 2 times the manager came to evict us that they “ never received it” Those visits were preceded by 3-4 haunting phone calls . I was initially embarrassed feeling like I was being tossed out . However that quickly turned into being pissed off and mistreated and disrespected. I am an Amex Platinum card holder who has stayed here 3-4 times in the past . I will never ever return. The best thing about it was the bar because I needed to drink! Thank you Anastasia and crewMore
