My fiance and I visited this location for the Labor Day weekend. This was our second time in 3 months visiting the city, and our second time using the Bostonian ever.
The GM Robert Rivers and I had been communicating about our return stay, and he helped us with our reservation. He arranged for us to stay in the studio suite that we stayed in during our June visit. It was perfect. Upon check-in, Robert came down to the desk to meet us and talk to us about our visit. He was so polite, and we appreciate that he took the time out of his busy day to speak with us.

The room was spotless! The bathroom was very spacious, and had all of the toiletries that we needed, or may have forgotten. Our room had a Juliette balcony, and large windows facing Faneiul Hall. Couldn't have been a more perfect view, especially in the evening.

Just like our first visit, the group of staff members that we encountered were wonderful. We were greeted with a smile every single time that we walked through the front doors, the front desk staff asked us how our day went in the city; it is just very rare to see this type of customer service these days.

Location is KEY. This hotel is located directly across the street from Faneiul Hall. Also, the convenience to the North End is perfect. With it being just a short 3-5 minute walk, we found ourselves there in the evening enjoying dinner, and picking up pastries from Mike's! For the times that we didn't feel like walking to our destination, we hopped on the T which was just a short walk, about 2-3 blocks at the most.

The restaurant downstairs, North 26, has fabulous food. We got lunch there on the first day, and enjoyed a lunch combination that they offer. I had cup of clam chowder, and a half of a turkey club. My fiance had the lobster bisque, and half of a reuben. Both meals were awesome, and well priced.

All in all, it is safe to say that we found our place to stay every time that we visit Boston. If you are looking for a place that has a homey, comfortable feel, this is the place to be. We are already planning our October/November trip back to the city...can't wait!

Room tip: We had a room on the 7th floor - great views, and a little bit more quiet when it comes to the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is a well-appointed hotel in a great location for Quincy Market and other attractions. You can pick up the Heritage Trail at the end of the road. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a small balcony on the seventh floor, which we wouldn't have known about if our rooms weren't just along from it :-)

Room tip: Seventh floor (for the balcony) & request a room in the main building

Right in the heart of everywhere & close to everything. This is a characterful hotel close to wherefore you want to go. In the centre of the Freedom Trial, next to Feneuill Hall, at the side of the Hollacaust Memorial. The only disadvantage is due to it's closeness to all activity it can be noisy, due to the street events. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room tip: Facing the front of the building.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your recent stay while visiting one of America's treasured cities, Boston!

Our hotel location is premier and we continuously work on our service culture to insure that each are equally as impressive. Many guests select our hotel based on location and at arrival state it is even more centrally located than they had envisioned. And, they elect to return as a result of our staff.

Yes, in summer months there is an enormous volume of locals and tourists all enjoying our late day light and warm weather, however more reason to return in the fall, winter and spring when it is a bit quieter.

Let me know if I can ever be of assistance and I would be happy to assist with arranging your accommodations.

Again, thank you,

We stayed 2 nights at the Bostonian Boston Hotel. The hotel is directly across the street from Quincy Market/Faneuil Hall, and we were able to walk everywhere. The different lines of the T were all within walking distance as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size for our family of 4, and the bathroom was very spacious. The only "complaint" my husband had was that there was no counter space in the bathroom. But other than that minor detail, it's a great hotel that I highly recommend staying at. And if we are to visit Boston again, we will most definitely choose the Bostonian Boston hotel for our stay.

My wife and I checked into the hotel for just one night but once seeing the room in person and the awesome service of the hotel we knew we just had to book for an extra night. The hotel is steps from everything. This allowed us to just park the car and leave it without thinking twice about needing it. We did valet with the hotel which was 49$ a night but to me very worth it , as they take it park it and if you do it need it you are allowed without charge. Hotel room was spotless. Our room was on the 7th floor facing Quincy Market. HOW AMAZING!!! The view was just awesome. The hotel surprised us with fruit and champagne one night and I thought that was a nice touch! Little confusion with removing the late check out from the one night that was booked originally and seemed to take more effort then needed. But once that was handled theres nothing else to say but amazing things! We will definitely be coming back here and have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family!

Room tip: ask for room with the view of Quincy Market

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your review and adding a night of stay during your recent visit, truly, in itself, a wonderful compliment!

Being just steps from so much of what is Boston, a must when visiting a city with so much history and modern day sites to visit. Our location, inherited of course, is unmatched in this market and we never take this for granted. Service is a priority every day, by all staff and I am happy to learn of your experience.

Unknowing of your home address, or any intent to return to America's Walking City, I offer my contact if I can ever be of assistance to again reserve a memorable view.

Safe travels,

Robert Rivers
