Recently decided to do a quick staycation at The Lenox and we were not disappointed! Hotel was incredibly clean & we appreciated all the covid precautions in place. Staff was amazing and attentive. We decided to get takeout from Atlantic fish Co across the street, super convenient and delicious. Room was spacious, clean and the fireplace was a great amenity on a cold Boston night. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Our winter vacation was a one-night overnight at Boston's legendary Lenox Hotel. Located in the heart of Back Bay, it's convenient to just about everything. In this temporarily Covid-limited era, we enjoyed extensively walking Back Bay and then tucking ourselves away for the evening in our King Junior Suite.
Covid protocols are strictly followed in the hotel. We found the service exemplary and the room was clean, large, and well-appointed. We enjoyed an excellent room service dinner from the adjacent City Table Restaurant. Pricey convenient parking is available steps away at the Pru Center Garage. A special thank you to Lisa who wore a half a dozen different hats and made our stay especially memorable.
Entering into this hotel transcends one into old world elegance. This time of the year the holiday tree is up in the lobby with all the beautiful shining decorations. The cozy sitting area by the fireplace is magical and a nice place to sit down and read. Besides the welcoming decor, I can't say enough about this hotel. The location is central and convenient. And the staff, from front desk to the valets,is one of the best I've encountered, Alison was there to welcome us and made our stay especially memorable with her thoughtfulness. The hotel precautions were present everywhere yet we felt a real break from the pandemic. Clean and spacious room, comfy beds and linens, robes, it was an excellent experience. I will come back here over and over again when in Boston.
I had a fantastic stay at the Lenox this past weekend. The room was super clean and cozy with robes and slippers. Super comfy bed, too, and a really intuitive Bluetooth speaker that is such an underrated bonus.
The staff was AMAZING. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always available to answer questions, provide service and generally make sure you're having a pleasant stay.
The hotel takes precautions to make sure everyone is safe. Staff is friendly, the valets greet you each time you come back. There is tea, coffee and some fruit available on the front counter daily. Location is great, you can walk to lots of sights and lots of good dining options in the area.
We stayed one night in the Lenox in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic and even under those circumstances we were BLOWN away by how hard the staff worked to make things feel comfortable and normal. The hotel itself is so stunning, so Old Boston and gorgeous. Spring for a Fireplace room NO MATTER WHAT because they are just unbelievable. The room is huge, with a real actual wood burning fireplace, huge bed, huge tv, 4(!) huge sash windows overlooking Back Bay. The front desk staff ran us up snacks in the evening and coffee in the morning, since they dont have a full dining staff on (of course). The location is unbeatable, the best in the city. They were very careful about Covid and thoughtful. Come here for a Staycation!
