My family and I stayed here for 1 Night, The location was great! Right across from the TD Garden and train station. And minutes away from Pubs and Restaurants, The hotel itself is small, but understandable considering the hotel is right downtown. There was no parking lot, however there was valet. There was also a parking garage about a block away from the hotel. We had parked there, easy walk. It was fairly close to the hotel. The room was nice, It appeared to be very clean. the bathroom was small, but fairly clean. The complimentary hot breakfast was good, Average selection. The gym was an average size. And the staff members were very kind and caring, as well helpful, Boston is a big city, so when we needed directions somewhere, they would help us out, They were all very nice. We had also bought some Boston trolley tour tickets from the front desk, affordable and a good tour. I do really like this hotel, and I would definitely come back. :)

First time in Boston and this hotel was the perfect way to kick it off! Hotel is extremely close to the subway making exploring the city so easy! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The building is older but feels relatively new inside. Water pressure was a little low in the bathroom especially the toilet! Needless to say if I return to Boston this hotel will be my first choice.

Ok so lets start with parking. Yes the hotel offers valet parking but I hate the idea of handing my keys to someone and not having my car. There is a parking garage 1 1/2 blocks away called the Government Center Garage. Easy walk. Just type the the address into your GPS (50 New Sudbury Street Boston, MA 02114) and you're good to go. I went for a weekend (Friday night to Sun) and the weekend rate is just $14/day so it cost me $42 to park. I think the weekday rate is $38 so you will still save a few bucks.

Check in was easy, I was upgraded as a Platinum member. Staff were very friendly. Very nice rooms. AC worked perfect and bed was very comfy. K-cup machine in room was nice. and cool water in the lobby was perfect on a hot day. The breakfast was typical HIE fare (bacon, eggs, cereals, etc). The sitting area was on the small side but we found a table.

The location is perfect. a 15 min walk to Quincy market and another 5 mins to the wharf/aquarium area. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Don't worry if you forget something, There is a CVS on the corner of Causeway and Canal that is a minute walk. Really convenient. There is an Irish pub across the street. I don't remember the name but DO NOT GO. It is a dump. Go over to Boston Beer Work on Canal Street if you want go food and beer. Also, the Hard Rock Cafe near Quincy Market was good.

Directly across the street from TD Garden!

Valet your car and walk from the front of the hotel into TD!

In spite of the sketchy looking exterior of the building the lobby is very well re-done.

The hotel Corredor's are very narrow. We stayed in a queen suite with a pullout sofa. That's where the good rating goes bad.

Upon arrival the room was not ready and it was 4 PM. Once we did get into the room around 530 the pullout sofa mattress is completely flat. The innerspring coils is literally all you feel.

So to rate the hotel I would give the staff a five-star the location a five star but the actual sleeping quarters a three-star.

The queen size bed was adequate however the sofa was not adequate. There is no place in the bathroom to put your make up on or hairspray or shower stuff.

The breakfast in the a.m. was very nice and again the location says it all. The building was clean and the hotel room itself was very very clean.

The staff was very helpful in local attractions as well as quick simple directions to get around the north end.

Located across from North Station--train service to Newburyport, Salem, Rockport--and a few blocks away from Haymarket/Fanueil Hall, this property offers upgraded spacious, newly refurbished suites to Platinum members. Best of all, staff like Nori, Graciella, and Randy are extremely welcoming and guest centered. Use points during high season, as room rates can be quite high anywhere in Boston.
