This is the only place in Boston to stay and enjoy a wonderful experience. The rooms are great. The spa is magnificent. Most importantly, the staff cannot do enough for you ! I cannot wait to return. Well worth the money !

Luxury at its best! Amazing staff! Beautiful hotel! Delicious food. But, the SERVICE is remarkable! The entire staff gets an A+! The Concierge Team were unbelievably professional, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and perfect! Corey Lopez and the whole team behind the front desk to the staff we encountered just passing through the hallways were so friendly and professional. The Concierge Team was the best I've ever encountered throughout our worldwide travels! Can't wait to come back!

This past Saturday, I took my daughter and her friend for a day of pampering in Boston.
We valet our car, JB (doorman) greeted us with such a warm welcome!
Then proceeded to the front desk, Maksym(Front desk) helped us checking-in and directed us to our room. Although, I have stayed at the Mandarin before, both girls were blowned away with his kindness and mannerisms.
Overall stay will forever be memorable for these girls. As for me, It has become an Annual treat for my husband and I to stay at The Mandarin, Oriental, BOSTON and pamper ourselves. Every time, the staff, Culture of service and hospitality is always going above and beyond our expectations.

If you want luxury! Then you are in the right place to stay! Great Service! We had brought our dog there and you would think we were treated like kings , they treated her like a princess, her own bed and water bowl!
More places like this are needed in Boston. More and more people are traveling with their pets.
Rooms are like a six star place. Service at the front desk are so helpful and anything you needed they would find a way to get it.

It was our 2nd year in a row staying at the beautiful Mandarin Oriental, Boston for NYE! Our dog sitter fell through last minute, so I emailed Kevin in Reservations to ask if we were able to bring our two pups. Kevin went above & beyond (while out of the office for the holidays) to add our two Frenchies to our reservation. At check in, we received the most adorable doggy amenity (bacon, peanut butter, dried apricots and homemade dog treat) and two plush dog beds, that I think I now need to purchase! Our king guestroom made for such an enjoyable stay and even more special with our two pups. From check-in, to dinner to complimentary coffee in the lobby the next morning, the staff is so attentive and kind. We love our staycations at the Mandarin Boston and look forward to our next visit!
