We stayed overnight for an event this time in the suite and it was a great room with a great view. Definitely worth staying in at least once. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and everything worked.

The bathroom sink pipe had a green mold in side where the water comes from. I tried to clean it but it basically stuck and we had to use bottle water to brush our teeth and clean our babies bottles and cups.I didn’t like having to pay 180$ for parking. And i didn’t like that fact that i ask housekeeping twice to come clean my room and they didn’t. They kept coming and putting do not disturb card on my door. The first house keeper was a Spanish lady and she was awesome. The one that didn’t want to come to clean our room was a Asian guy i believe. I had two toddlers who are in diapers and we didn’t have any where to dispose their diapers and all i wanted was for someone to vacuum and take out our trash. With that being said, i will not stay here again.

The staff needs to be trained on providing better customer service and professionalism. My family and I travel quite often and have never experienced this type of disatifactory at other hotels. Last time I checked, no one should be asking you 21 questions or rushing you out upon check out, and we checked out extremely early.

I have stayed at many Hyatts in Europe and always liked them a lot, so I thought a great hotel was awaiting me. But I was a bit shocked by the standards of this hotel. Especially the bathrooms were in an awful state and really need some renovations! Really didn't feel like showering here which to me is quite important... On the positive side: the staff is nice and the views are great! Breakfast was nice too.

Was not the best stay this time. had room challenges and also looked terrible. The smell in the room was not pleasant and the room got hot or warm. AC had to run all of the time to have it stay cool..
