Stayed in a family suite. Clean room, nice bed (soft, but thats USA), all you want is there. Staff is nice. Free shuttle bus is convenient

Two problems
- Location, its right at a crossroads. Very, very much traffic.

- The biggest problem is the noise!!!! I slept in the living room bed, which is where you enter the room. You can hear EVERYTHING down in the hotel. And we were at the 12th (!!!!) floor!!! It’s so loud, people shouting, talking, laughing. The hotel is a square with one big open space in the middle. And a bar downstairs.
I was really unpleasantly surprised on how noisy this hotel was while staying in a 300$ per night hotel at floor 12.

BRING EARPLUGS!!

Hi Mitchel, Thank you for your review however we were disappointed to read it. We have a few questions regarding the noise complaints you shared you experienced. Although we don't often get noise complaint comments, we do know that with a sold-out hotel during your visit the potential of collateral noise could occur. We are wondering if the noise concerns were shared with our staff who would immediately have taken actions to mitigate. We don't seem to have any documented record so we'd like to better understand what occurred on the night you are indicating. I've stayed here a few times now and it's always great. I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond and really like the benefits here. The suites are fairly large, the beds are super comfortable. I've always had a river view which is really spectacular. The Boathouse restaurant is good, but a little pricey. The gym is a bit small and limited, but clean and functional. The hotel is located very near the Mass Pike, which makes it easy to get to. There's not much around the hotel except highway, though. However, a complimentary shuttle takes you to Copley Square and Harvard Square, both with easy access to the T. Very wonderful staff.

Not being familiar with Cambridge. I stayed here because it was close to a business meeting I had coming up the next day. To my surprise, this hotel was fantastic , hotel staff friendly ,hotel lobby was spotless, and my hotel room itself…:I actually wished it would’ve been my first apartment as it was so much better , bigger and cleaner than that was . I did not hear a single thing from any rooms near me. The bed was extremely soft and I had a great night sleep..

No just so you know there is nothing nearby so it’s not like you’re going to walk to a convenience store or anything like that you’ll have to Uber to get to somewhere .

Auto if I have to stay in Cambridge again I’ll be staying here for sure .

Worst Hotel ever! horrible service, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and totally chaotic. Wrong charges on my credit card and waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to someone about this. Homeless people in the lobby stealing food at night. Do NOT stay here! Not safe or quiet, much better choices in the area.

We know you've been in touch with the hotel with a request for a full refund yet because your experience was not in-line with what occurred during your visit we were unable to provide you with a full refund. We understand you are upset that the hotel's life safety system was activated by a guest. Please know that when the fire department provided us the all clear we allowed our guests to return to their rooms. checked in with a Tesla and hotel had no EV chargers. Parking was under construction. Front desk not the friendliest of people. Rooms were in great shape as most Hilton's are.
Stayed on a Thursday night (checked in by a trainee with little experience). As a silver member I was not able to get a room upgrade (even though occupancy was not full) nor could I get a late check out.
Was there visiting my son so we checked out Friday to go to Vermont for the night and checked back into the hotel on Saturday.
Same issue, another trainee who couldn't handle getting the room upgrade. Finally had to ask for a manager who took care and got us a higher floor. Not the best of experiences from a Hilton front desk.

We are thrilled to have some of the best team members at any hotel in Boston and the training they undertake is extensive. I know that sometimes that training isn't as fluid as expected and we'll look at how to better provide services with our newly employed team members.
