We were in town to watch the Blue Jays and Red Sox, we ran into the radio team for the Jays, said hi to R.A. Dickey, Pat Table from the TV side etc etc. I guess the team was staying nearby as well. The hotel is very nice, clean, service was friendly and consistent. Rooms were very good and again clean.

Always a lovely & smiley welcome from the staff on arrival at this hotel. Very helpful & knowledgable on the area too, with concierge highly clued up on public transport routes, what to see & do, where to eat.
Great location - centre of town so lots of shopping, sights & parks to explore. If you like jogging outdoors the water/bay is less than a 10min walk away (head right down Exeter St). Standard rooms are big, bright & airy with lovely amenities. Small fridge & coffee machine too. Beds are sooo comfortable!
The only hesitation would be the wait to check in & the maids talking/working loudly in the hallway mid morning, other than that a quiet hotel right in the middle of a great city!

Second time here in six months for work. The hotel is fine, nothing exciting. It is expensive and in general outdated. Concierge level and good is good. The location however is great and really a strength of the facility.

The line to check in was very long when I arrived and the hotel didn't have any extra workers come out and help. The room was clean and my view was amazing!!! I love that there is a mall right there in the hotel. The bar was nice and the restaurant had a very good breakfast.

Boston hotel rooms are expensive. We had reserved a corner room with a view, and after an effortless check in we got the elevator to the 17th floor.

The rooms are ok, just dated and a bit boring. Great Marriott bed and the room had everything you needed but it was just ok. TV was poor, although flat screen, some of the channels were poor quality and not a huge variety.

The room was very clean.

A huge hotel with zero charm.

Great location - but nothing to win you over.

Marriott - please give this place an upgrade or sell it on - it doesn't live up to the Marriott brand.

The concierge was very helpful :-)

Room tip: High floor corner room
