My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and stayed here. The hotel was beautiful and staff was very accommodating. Russell with Bell Hop services was wonderful. He gave us so many good tips when first arriving. Thank you Russell!! All staff were helpful at all times. If I had to point out anything negative about the hotel, it would have to be the seating in the pool area. The chairs were so close together it was difficult to get into your chair at times. Some of the other resorts have their chairs spread to the lawn area which they may want to think about doing. Too congested at the pool area. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay. You will love it!!

Scheduled a girls getaway with family and found this resort to be in great need of cleaning/maintainance. Outdoor landscaping and pool area is lovely however the resorts interior is in need of serious cleaning. Flagstone flooring throughout facility was stained with spilled food/drink, elevators were filthy (mirrors smeared with cruddy matter, smeared with handprints, control panels dirty and carpet dirty). Our ocean view room was comfortable but thick dust covered the top of headboard and the furnishings could be updated. On several occasions, filthy room service trays and empty beer bottles would collect near the elevator corridors for days. There doesnt appear to be sufficient staffing. In the mornings, we took advantage of the breakfast buffet ($32) however it was nothing special. Items were not replenished in a timely manner and warming bins sat empty. Again, not enough staff to manage the large crowds. Lastly, self parking is down a hill and not convenient. We eventually paid the $30/night Valet fee because it became too difficult for one of our family members. I have stayed at many resorts but not one so soiled. Definitely, not worth the price.

We came here for our 20th anniversary. Very nice place. Staff was great. Grounds are beautiful. Had an deluxe oceanfront king room. Very quiet at night. Valet super helpful. We loved our stay. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special place.

We had 3 very nice days at the Hyatt. It is a beautiful location. The facility is well-maintained. The food was excellent. However, we had the noisiest room of any hotel ever in our lifetime of traveling. The room faced the highway with non-stop traffic and was directly above the truck loading bay, and trucks started as early as 4:30 am.

Stayed here with my 2 kids and in laws. It was very comfortable and clean. Only complaint is that you need to get to the pool super early to get chairs... seems like there should be some control. Pools were lovely, but think they could have been a little more kid friendly so parents could see from all angles. (Even with kids a little older, there were a lot of blind spots.) We loved the residence pool best becuase it was easier to get chairs there, was more shallow, and the kids loved the slide.
