We arrived ~3pm and were told that we would receive a text with the door code to our rental townhome when it was ready. We assumed this would be by 4pm, as my confirmation e-mail lists check-in time as 4pm. At 4:30 we had not received a text, so I attempted to call the front desk. No one answered; I was on hold for 15 minutes. I went back to the lobby and found a large crowd (>20 people, not including staff, and I suspect >25% capacity for the area in question) in-line waiting to check-in, with additional guests and staff passing through. During this time, I also witnessed a staff member wearing their mask below their nose. After waiting in this mess, I was informed that the "goal" was to get all guests roomed between 4 and 6pm and that the hotel had been filled to capacity. We were finally able to enter our rental at 5:45.
Overall, the townhouse we rented was nice, but the safety standards were sub-par, and staff response was minimal. I do not think we will go back.More
