I was in the area for corp training and this is one of our corp hotels. Stayed here for 4 nights. Over all it was a good stay. Didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The room was comfortable and the high speed internet was good. I ordered room svc the first night and it was good and quick. There are three elevator on the property but only 1 of them was functioning during my stay. Management was aware of it and it was fixed on my last day there. There was complimentary shuttle to various location near the hotel.

Not the best hotel in town but have stayed at this property dozens of times over the years. You get what you pay for - decent room at a fair price. Good service. Just be careful of the overpriced steakhouse attached to the lobby.

Dear neilbW2536XR,

Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are thankful you enjoyed our service. You also highlight Flemings Steakhouse which is indeed a known upscale established Steakhouse. This additional offering to our guests fits in well with Tysons restaurants. Of Course, we offer our Bistro for value to our guests and also the Terrace Restaurant for breakfast as yet another option. Thank you for continuing to use our hotel. We appreciate your business and this review.

Sincerely,
Heather Hull - GM

Stayed at the hotel 6 times over the past year for NADA training. Every time I was impressed with the front desk staff, shuttle service, Tsinael at the bar, and the awesome breakfast staff in the restaurant.

A special thank you to Tsinael, Caroline Rehkow, and Andrew for making each visit memorable.

This hotel was a girls Tyson shopping weekend stay. The hotel is right across the street from the high end galleria stores and Tysons mall with more affordable shopping stores. We didn't use any of the amenities or did any laundry. However, we did eat breakfast and it was delicious but it was not included in the price. The hotel offers a shuttle to the mall for guests. We did not experience any problems with the room but again, we didn't sit in the room all day long, we only slept in it for a few hours at night. Therefore, we only had time to enjoy the bed, TV, and free wifi. Housekeeping and linens were fine. The staff was friendly. The hotel overall was clean. Parking was a limited, especially in the late evening hours because parking is shared with the neighbor hotel. I recommend this hotel based on our short stay.

Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your short girls shopping weekend with us and made the most of your time in the area. We enjoy hearing about your wonderful breakfast experiences and that you found the room clean and comfortable for the quick trip. Just to clarify, we do actually have plenty of parking in our hotel's underground garage. We do not share parking with a neighboring hotel and we require a parking permit to park below overnight. We do hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the near future and show you that we are fully capable of getting to that 5 star rating we always strive for!

We wish you and your family safe travels ahead!

Nice room, very clean, decent food, friendly staff. Stayed here for a business trip. Great set up of beverages and snacks for our meetings. Room was nice and clean. Quiet at night. A/C made a weird sound when shutting off, but nothing horrible over my white noise app. It worked, which is what matters. :) Close to some really great restaurants. Enjoyed my stay here.
