I couldn't wait for the shrimp and corn chowder that was advertised on their daily menu board. I added a wedge salad to that what I thought would be s great lunch. The server returned about 15 minutes after she took my order only to tell me they were out of the chowder and would Shrimp Creole be okay. Well sure thought. Not sure why this was called Creole when it had several little shrimp and lots of tomato chunks, not what I am used to - a creamy tomato base. The wedge was fresh and the dressing the right amount. Service was prompt and atmosphere excellent. Really loved their fireplace on the desk.

went to dinner to the Depot Grille on Sunday with my family and ordered beef tenderloins with crab cake and the crabcake was not jumbo lump crab meat but mostly filler and some crab meat. However Crabcake had bits of shell and gritty sand while I was chewing on it and had to put it out into a napkin. The beef tenderloins were cooked nicely but we’re very dry and bland and had no flavor to them. My wife also ordered the tenderloins with shrimp and also complained about the tenderloins. The shrimp were fine. They did remove it from my bill but I was disappointed with my eating experience because I was looking forward to this place. The interior is very interesting because it was an old train station that’s turned into a restaurant. Very unique interior but beware with the medallions and crabcakes.

Enjoy the environment and good menu options. Time while waiting for dinner is an opportunity to practice your artistic abilities by drawing on the table 'cloths'!

It's hard to believe that the best fish and chips my husband has had in a long time could be served so far away from the sea -- but it's true. Service was wonderful and the fun environment was infectitious! Everyone was having a great time there.

This restaurant is very good. The food is excellent! The presentation of the food is . Lots of beers on tap to try with the meals. I had two dinner entrees which were specials of the day. The atmosphere in the dining area was very nice. The tables have butcher paper on them so you can use crayons and pass the time playing games with your table partners.
