My wife and I eat at Indian buffets about twice a week when we travel, and over the decades have eaten at scores of them. Modest as it is in size and variety, this buffet is in the top 5%. There were three chicken dishes (tandoor, butter, and chili). They and the vegetable dishes were all harmoniously seasoned. Really, the balance in every dish (we tried them all) was excellent. Both the rice pudding and carrot pudding were likewise very well made...not too sweet, so all the flavors came through. If we return to Staunton, we will return to Taste of India. I'd look froward to trying the dinner menu.
