A must stay! A beautifully restored 1892 Victorian located in the Shenandoah Valley and sited on gorgeous property with English-style gardens. Our hostess, Kay, gave us a very warm welcome and treated us as very special guests. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and reading on the wrap-around porch and our exquisitely decorated bedroom overlooking the inn's gardens. Kay served delicious breakfasts each morning (don't miss the orange butter) and cookies were placed in our room at night. While staying at the inn, we attended our favorite outdoor music festival in Orkney Springs and played golf at Bryce Resort. The inn is conveniently located to many areas of interest -- Shenandoah Valley Caverns, Luray Caverns, Vineyards, Battlefield, Shenandoah Nat'l Park, antique shops, horseback riding, canoeing, etc. It would be a wonderful place to stay during the fall foliage season, too. The owner, Kay, is very much in keeping with the standards that the inn is known for -- treating her special guests to a well-run B&B. We will definitely return!
