Took hotel receptionist 4 to 5 times over two days to get a hold of someone at the center and when we did we were told to book a day in advance which was fine. Thursday came along so after breakfast I got the receptionist to phone to make sure everything was still a go ahead, she tried twice with no answer so on the advice of the receptionist we were told to make the trip over to cambrils. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a man on the phone after waiting 15 minutes he finally came over and we told him we had booked earlyer in the week for a dive and he looked shocked and asked why we didn't phone before making the trip out after telling him I phoned twice he was disinterested and i asked if were still going to be able to dive and he said no that the weather wasn't right on a day where the sun was splitting the sky's I also mentioned the fact I spent €25 on a taxi making the trip over and all we got is a sulk and told it wasn't his problem. If you are thinking of booking I would maybe go and meet him face to face. So a bad experience in total and I'm glad I didn't waste any of my money on his services.
