Overall it was a wonderful vacation of two weeks!! Thank you to all the staff that was working there! We are a family of four, parents and two daughters (1,5 and 4 years old). We stayed for two all inclusive weeks!
+ two big pools and one for kids
+/- not the most impressive food buffet but the grilled fish was really tasty and during our two weeks stay they made a real effort to have a fantastic barbecue with ribs, chicken, sausages etc three times and it was very festive!!
+ the staff is very service-minded and hard working at the buffet
+ cleaned the rooms every other day and it felt relatively fresh
+good drinks
+ they reimbursed us for taking taxi (if used at certain times during the day as a replacement for there busses) to dunes at RIU hotel and the great beach there - that was a fantastic experience!!
+mini club was really appreciated by our kids. Jessica was really nice and creative with the kids!
+close to the shopping centres
+once they organised an inflated bouncer in the pool for the kids and the older once’s loved it (age 4-9 I would say)
+all inclusive bar was relatively good (they had a cocktail of the day, we drank beer and whiskey mostly), maybe other drinks were included but we didn’t ask for any other wiser from the cocktails of the day
+in between the meals at the buffet restaurant they also offered sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs at the pool bar between certain time slots (15-16), which was good for our kids!
+mini golf was included which we tried once and would have tried more but our kids were too young
-use a lot of plastic cups, straws, ice cream spoons which I wish could be avoided!
