We have stayed at these apartments numerous times and have just returned from a week’s visit. The hotel has put in every safety measure available - residents need to use their key card to gain access to the main entrance, masks worn in reception and indoor area, and hand sanitiser dispensers readily available. A special thank you to Elke for answering my numerous emails regarding safety issues and Noellia at reception for being so helpful and friendly regarding the new rules in Corralejo. The cleanliness of the rooms remains of a high standard. We really hope we can return at Christmas!

We visited hotel twice, once in 2015, second time in 2018. Both times were great. We did not dine in hotel, so cant judge the food, but all other services, hotel grounds amazing. Location great, just a stroll to center of Corralejo!

Our stay was booked for 4 to 25 March 20 however, due to the emergency we had to leave Las Marismas on the 23rd and move to alternative accommodation. To state the obvious the whole situation was stressful in the extreme. Our flights had been cancelled and at one stage it looked like we could be on the island of Fuerteventura for months.
The Reception staff were very good in finding alternative accommodation and I am pleased to say it all worked out well in the end and we left on the very last rescue flight into London Gatwick on 29th March 20.
Noelia in particular was very sympathetic and understanding with us, but she was in a difficult position having to remove all quests from Las Marismas due to the Spanish Government`s decree for all quests to leave hotels and apartments.
We are booked for a 5 week stay from 28 Nov 20 to 2 Jan 21 at the end of the year. It is our hope all goes well and we do indeed visit. Thank you again Noelia and we hope to see you all again in the future.
