It is a very difficult time but the hotel are not communicating at all with guests. Different reception staff give different messages and seem to know less than we do by searching the internet. Management here have not got a plan for helping us. It sadly says a lot about the quality of the management of what is a lovely place. Difficult situations demonstrate the skills managers have. Here managers are not visible and seem not to appreciate the importance of some communication even if they are saying we only know X Y and Z. Probably won't come back because we are not confident managers can deal with anything other than the routine.
