We had a lovely holiday, but the hotel wasn't up to scratch, the entertainment for the children was none existent then alcohol is water down, and then glasses/plates/cutlery is dirty, I told the staff but nothing was done. There was no signed to say what to food was and the food only improvemed by the end of the week, there was no music by the pool and made the atmosphere poor. We stayed in an apartment which was very basic, they wasn't cleaned everyday so we didn't get clean towels, and we found ants or some sort of bug on our table with was awful the air con only worked when it wanted to there was also no hairdryer.

While we work to find out what we can do to improve your reviews. But on the other hand, we remind you that the kitchen utensils in your apartment must be cleaned by you every time you use them.

Recently returned from an all inclusive family holiday at this hotel . Would highly recommend it for all ages. It has been refurbished and the rooms are lovely with beds that are so comfortable. Food is the usual 3 star all inclusive meals and for the first few days it was a mad scramble to get a portion of chips or any meat dish from the first trays that were put out as the wait for the next trays took so long the queues were ridiculous , after a lot of complaints this improved dramatically. The animation team were all really friendly and persuasive in getting people to join in the activities . This resulted in people getting to know each other and we met some really nice families. Only complaint is the evening entertainment , in the 10 nights we were there it was always karaoke apart from an exotic animal night which only consisted of an owl ,a snake and a turtle , to my mind not very exotic , on another night a brilliant singing act from South Africa got the whole audience bouncing.
Would definitely go back in the future

I'm going to break my review down, accommodation, Staff, food, entertainment which will give you a real good overview and rate each out of 5 stars

Accommodation 4.5 Star
Wow the rooms are very clean after they have been through a recent refurb, very modern, best way to describe is the rooms are like the ikea showroom. The reception and Bar area are very clean and so too is the restaurant. Theres a pool on the main complex and another pool over the road at the apartments which was our preferred choice.

Staff 5 Star
All staff are very helpful and if you ask them for something they are very accommodating and all very friendly

Food 2.5 stars
Now this is an area that needs improvements. The best way to describe it is that you will struggle to but a meal together. What I mean by this is you could have Pork joints but struggling to find something to compliment it, such as veg, mash etc, instead you would have to have rice, pasta etc. Picky kids would struggle, as you know most kids will eat nuggets everyday, but they were only on once. They need to focus on a kids food corner. Nuggets, pizza, fish fingers, burgers. Also food wasn't replenished quick enough. Every single day I had to wait for food to be replenished. Queues would form while you wait and almost daily I had to ask staff to replenish. It's like they are short staffed as the main chef cooking the meat would need to run in the kitchen to replen other areas. I got really frustrated on one occasion and the chef felt the force, however when I sat back and looked, the poor lad was running around. They just need someone to keep on top of the food so guest don't ask! There also no theme nights which I've experienced in the past elsewhere. We ate out on 5 occasions 3 by choice the others because the choice of food was poor. There's a great Chinese in Sa Coma which was awesome. There's no daytime snacks and you need to ask for drinks at the bar rather than the self serve option, with the exception of the bar at the pool area at the apartments over the road

Entertainment 3 star
Day time entertainment is more focused towards adults. Yes they have a kids clubs but it's not great. The staff are very friendly but they need to have a full programme for kids. The place is fully equipped to do so! The kids don't seem engaged with the entertainers, however on our very last day this seemed to change a little.

What can i say.... The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. Rooms are amazing and so is location. Food .. always something you will like although not much choice.
Staff are amazing .. from Tony Danny Roxan and Diego on reception to Fran Yara and the entertainment team .. yiu are all FAB and made our holiday even more special.. Cant wait to come back soon. Mucisimos gracias

I've been repeating for 3 years, and this year is definitely better, I love the new installations and rooms, I want to congratulate Sito. (animation) every year is exceeded and this year we were surprised with his new show. He always treats us great. Your animation team is wonderful.Thanks for the treatment received. we will repeat.
