The room was clean and comfortable. There is direct access to the beach/promenade through the swimming pool area which we enjoyed. The food (buffet breakfast and dinner) was varied and tasty. every member of staff I spoke to was extremely pleasant and always helpful.More

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean, facilities second to none. As I’ve mobility issues, I had probs getting in and out to pools but there was a disabled chair lift which I was too proud to use.
Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location was fantastic.
Only disappointment was the hot evening meals although my husband was very happy so it’s only my tastes. The salad buffet was excellent.
Will def go back to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, situated super close to the beach, has excellent service, very comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Friendly staff and delicious food in a abundant buffet. I will surely return!

I have just enjoyed a five night break at Msh Senses Palmanova. What can I say?? An excellent hotel and location. Lovely food! Great staff ant the hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return one day.

On the positive side very friendly and helpful staff. We ha a privilege room with balcony and a lovely view but the general experience of the hotel and room was not 4 star quality. The restaurant was average. Sports massage was good and rooms clean.

Highly recommend this excellent hotel, clean and new. Excellent breakfast and buffet and staff are great. Location was perfect. Swimming pools were clean and Sauna and steam room were lovely. Would come back again and stay. Thanks so much for a great stay.
