We had my grandmothers 90th Birthday here on Sunday. The bistro staff could not be more helpful. they really went above and beyond. Were a fussy lot when it comes to food and the carvery was Fab!!! Thanks for a memorable day, we will defiantly be back.

We stayed here for one night while going to a concert in Dublin. It has a good location staff are friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Although we had a few technical problems with the lift and our room key having to walk a fair way back to reception on a couple of occasions the staff dealt with it for us happily.

We stay here all the time when in Dublin which is quite regularly. Stayed for one night just this weeeknd and was highly disappointed. Our room was so warm and we couldn't open the window as our room was near the busy motorway. Didn't get a good night sleep, with the fact we had very noisy neighbours who were clearly enjoying themselves quite loudly!!! The room wasn't that clean, furniture was a bit shabby and the bed sheets were stained. Then the next morning just before 11 am one of the accommodation managers let themselves into our room asking us to check out, I understand check out is 11 am and having stayed numerous times in the past and even in this year alone I have never experienced this from a member of staff and a rude one at that. Very disappointed with the staffs attitude this time around. Don't think we will return in a hurry again.

Stayed here for a week whilst working in the area.

Great friendly check in. Room on the 4th floor with amazing views & actually said "Wow" when walked through the door. However...it had a double window that wouldn't open, facing west & was above the leisure centre so managed to grow cucumbers & tomatoes whilst staying there - only joking, but it was soo hot!

The room air con would only go down to 19 which didn't help & sounded like a truck was coming through the room which would have been amazing on the 4th floor

Oh...& at 6.58am precisely every day whatever it is grinds into action & that's the end of the sleep

You also need to have a word with the cleaners - just do the full job. One day no tea & coffee replacement, next no bin emptying, next no dirty towel removal

That said, it ain't that bad & the bar staff are fab & it's a reasonably priced pint of the black stuff

Would we stay again? Yes...but in a cooler room

Room Tip: Not above the leisure centre
