The service of the hotel is terrible, unhelpful, unavailable. There were families with children screaming around the hallways all hours of day and night, even with earplugs we could not sleep.
They offer daily yoga classes but they did not have them, no explanation given, and when we asked to use the hall for a class they wanted to charge us 5.000 rupees.
A total disgrace.
This was my second visit to this Hotel. They never disappoint me with anything that they offer. The Hotel is centrally located ( In the market, near lakshman jhoola and exit point ) and everything is nearby. You don't have to step out for food because they offer a decent range of variety in dinner as well as Brekfast buffet with very reasonable price. Even alacate is reasonable . They have a good basement parking as well. The hotel is well within budgets with good room size and should be considered incase you have no clue about Rishikesh and searching for a hotel

This is a beautiful resort in Rishikesh .Food is awesome . Pool is clean . Rooms are spacious and washroom is big and clean . Mr Bhagchand GM of Hotel extended us wonderful hospitality. Must visit place during your Rishikesh trip.

Basically I went on my family trip. So this hotel was on my top list. Because I went by my car, I also needed a parking, so I thought it right to take this hotel.
The hotel reception had a very nice welcome and they showed me all the rooms which were on different tariffs. Rooms were very nice no smell and proper clean. It was important for me to have a good washroom which I got. I also had my daughter with me who is 10 months old, so I asked her for the heater which they provided to me and also the slippers for me and my wife. The best part was that I was not worried about my daughter's food and milk, her restaurant was ready to provide 24 hrs service, which I also used. I liked it a lot. The staff is also very friendly and polite. Special thanks to all of them.

Beautiful Hotel at amazing location in Tapovan , also good staff with full use of mask every time. Food is amazing with good service. have a stay with family, terrace view with swimming pool. Market near around. Fully sanitize rooms. Almost 2 kms from ramjhula.
