This was our first time to a Drive-In theater and it was amazing!!! We saw 2 new movies for $7/per person! That is a steal ! We went early and sat in our car listening to the 50's music that pumped through the speakers. It was such a neat atmosphere. Like being transported back in time. They had a snack bar with all sorts of fried foods and treats. This place is fantastic. So much so that we might make the trip down to Virginia JUST TO COME BACK HERE! Thanks for a fantastic night Hull's!

Last went to a drive in as a child so very excited to find Hull's Drive was open when visiting Lexington VA. It did not disappoint.

While traveling in VA, we looked for something to do in the evening. We asked one of the locals, and she mentioned Hull's drive-in. We have never been to a drive-in before, so we were really exited! We learned that this is one of the last non-profit drive-ins in America, and is operated by the community. At first, we thought we might be to old for this, but we had a blast! everything was well organized, the movies were up to date, and for the price of one ticket you are welcome to watch all 3 movies. The sound system was really good and the quality was too! There is a cafeteria there with all the junk food you could think of :) they also had a few people selling toys for the kids. I recommend getting there early, because there is a limited space for the cars, and you don't want to miss it. I'd also recommend to bring a blanket, especially if going with kids, it can get a bit chilly.

If you're too young to remember drive in theatres, you must go to Hulls'. It's one of the last 348 such venues left in the entire USA. Cozy up in your vee hick el and watch the shows; don't forget a trip to the snack bar for all your favorites or for you newbies, your favorites to come.

If you have never been to an authentic drive in movie, then go here.
Great atmosphere, good hot dogs and something you'll remember.
