We stopped by for a quick bite on a Sunday afternoon. While this location had a complete staff, almost no one talked to us about our order. Instead of making our order, the servers were staring off into space and muttering about someone else being gone for the day. When they finally assembled our food, we were informed the drinks machine was out. The location also had no napkins available.

Thanks to the wait, our food was cold when we finally sat down. It's pretty obvious nobody here cared about the customers. Not surprisingly, I don't care to ever come back. Real shame - the food was good once upon a time.

Recently, I stopped by to try several items on the menu from Piada for take out, and was extremely satisfied. I had one of the pork sandwiches, which was more than filling, as well as the Calamari, which was had just the right sauce and was spicy. Also, I got a bowl of lobster bisque, which was rich and more than filling. I picked up the quinoa bowl for my wife, who's vegetarian, and she was more than thrilled with her dish. Overall, the meal was better than expected, so I plan on stopping by again one day in the near future.

This is a great, fast casual lunch option. The food is made fresh in front of you. I enjoy the pastas, piadas, salads and tascas, which is a layered sandwich with a thin pizza dough wrapper. They have seasonal items which is nice. It can be a bit loud when it's busy, but overall has nice atmosphere.

The Piada in Sugar Land, TX is awesome. The staff is great and they always recognize me and we chat etc. No big turnovers which I love. Means that Piada is taking care of their staff. Food is delicious and I stop by at least once a week if not more. Fast service too. They are always willing to "tweak" your order to your needs.

I arrived and I've never been here before. The menus were available and I looked at the offerings. This is not table service you go through the line and they prepare the food that you ask for. I asked the lady in front of me what she like and she was very very sharing. I ended up ordering a cup of the tomato basil soup and I ordered a salad with feta cheese on romaine lettuce, the dressing was very good.

The servers were all pleasent and the transaction only took a few minutes. when I took my food to the table I sat down and had a very agreeable lunch with water and a nice glass of italian pino grigo.

One of the other reviewers commented on the serving style which was cardboard containers or or boxes and I think it's a little unusual but it didn't offend me.

The drive out price with the glass of wine was 18 bucks which to me is a little bit High because I think the wine was 6 bucks or 7 bucks and I think $11 for a cup of soup and a salad is slightly expensive.
