I don’t know what happened to Perry’s quality but my favorites aren’t my favorite anymore. So sad. The fried calamari was the best but I’ve noticed that the last few times it came out it was super greasy. The plate had oil sitting at the bottom and tastes like it was cooked in old grease. So I stuck to the pork chop for the next few visits. Which was excellent and melt in your mouth delicious. I received an email advertisement about the Friday pork chop and fried asparagus and looked forward all week to Friday. Only to realize my expectations would be crushed. The drinks by Harrison were excellent! However, the fried asparagus was not enjoyable. Same old greasy taste that I remember from the calamari. We both ordered the lunch pork chops and they came out about 10-15 minutes after we ordered. My pork chop was over cooked and dry. I tried to eat it but I was miserable trying to eat it. I asked for it to go and asked if they’re precooked. It was explained that they precook them a little until they are ordered because otherwise it would take too long to prepare them once ordered. I get that, but something didn’t go right. My husbands pork chop was tough and undercooked. I was still starving so I asked for a Caesar salad. That came out right away but it was full of roasted pumpkin seeds. I have nothing against pumpkin seeds just not in my caesar salad. It was covered in them. So needless to say the was an $80 lunch that was not worth it. So sad. We were really looking forward to it.
