A friend's mom moved down there a few years ago and every time she goes she comes back telling me how much she loves gringo's and the seafood enchiladas. We didn't have to wait long, it was rather noisy in there but the salsa was great, the chips were crispy and not too thin, the enchiladas were fantastic and the rice was the most surprising of all. The rice had such a mild flavor compared to what I usually see in tex-mex places but it was so good!
