My wife and I were here for four days at the end of November. We were lucky enough to get fine weather the whole time. It's a quiet complex at this time of year, not sure what Summer would be like. The pool isn't huge but I've seen plenty that were a lot smaller. We didn't get in so I don't know how warm it was but the water caught the sun all day. There were plenty of loungers and a pool bar. The complex was alittle tired, but spotless and tghe maids were round every day. The location was very convenient for older couples, right between Las Americas and Los Cristianos, five minutes from the beach. There are half a dozen restaurants across the road and the Chinese was excellent. Sorry I can't remember the name but it's literally opposite the complex No aircon, but we honestly didn't need it even though it was touching thirty during the day. The only negative I could say is that if your balcony faces the street it is VERY noisy from around 7am. The restaurants surrounding the apartments seem to get their bins emptied and all their deliveries from about then until 8.30am. I ignored the advice of other reviewers to request a room off the main road and I was woken up every morning. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment.
