Stayed here 2 weeks June/July.
Reception staff we very helpful and welcoming.

Our self catering room was spotlessly clean & well equipped with cups, plates, cutlery etc. & towels in the bathroom. The shower never ran out of hot water - which I've seen elsewhere. Nice view over the swimming pool from the balcony.
The twin beds were comfy enough, but had thin mattress toppers (for guest hygiene) that could shift around a bit. The rooms were cleaned every day, except Wednesday and Sunday when only the bins were emptied, by some very nice ladies who seemed to have OCD the way they absolutely had to do every little bit to perfection.
Local supermarket is directly opposite the hotel and has everything you would probably need.

The hotel is adults only so no screaming kids running around, & it was lovely to have no loud music by the pool. The bar in reception was convenient & inexpensive, but was closed at 10pm every day. Security staff were on site throughout the night.
The hotel is well located within easy walking distance of the beach and all entertainment areas.
Reception staff can if you need arrange all manor of holiday rentals, from bicycles, mobility aids and cars, to trips and excursions - although there are numerous vendors dotted about where you may be able to barter a better deal for some of those.

We would be happy to come back to this hotel, & hold no worries in recommending it to anyone.

Everything you could want in the room. My husband and I stayed for two weeks in the middle of June. We have been to much more expensive hotels that have not been a patch on the cleanliness of this hotel. The first week we had no sun on the balcony so we asked to be moved for the second week and they moved us without any fuss to a room with sun on the balcony. Near to the centre and also five-ten minute walk to the beach. All the staff bar one were really friendly and acknowledged us as we went out or came in. Bath towels could be a bit larger but adequate. We liked it so much we have booked to go again in September. Great to have cases collected on day of leaving We had room 309 and hope we can get this one again.

Room Tip: We were on the third floor near to the road without any disturbance

Ok so there's definitely good points and bad points to this hotel/aparthotel. Before we arrived we done some research and some of the reviews mentioned potential cockroaches. During our ten night stay we experienced two huge cockroaches and several other bugs, and this is the first time in my life I had ever experienced this at a hotel. I don't know if this was because we were on the bottom floor or not but it was still extremely disappointing and we raised our concerns at reception when arrived and they told us there was no chance of us getting any. We asked to move room but were only offered a room at the other side of the hotel where it's apparently noisier, so we stayed put and bought some bug repellent from the local supermarket. I found some of the reception staff friendly, and others not so friendly. For example, when you would walk back to your room at night, they wouldn't even look at you and would only ever say 'hi' if we said it first. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy. TV is very small but has BBC, Sky News and ITV. Their is no aircon but the fan does a very good job. Location is outstanding and it's a two minutes walk away from the busier parts of Tenerife, but still in a private area. They do a different cocktail of the day every day for 4 euros which is very reasonable! We wouldn't however stay here again due to the cockroaches, I would advise you to make sure you don't get a room on the bottom floor, and be prepared with bug repellent just incase. Unfortunately our opinion of this hotel isn't very high compared to a lot of other places we have visited in the past, but if you're not bothered by that and just want a place in a brilliant location then I'd recommend it.

Travelled with by boyfriend a few weeks ago, we stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. We stayed in the main block which over looked the pool. Great view.
On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in, the room was spotless ( you could have eaten your dinner off the floor! ) HUGE comfy big beds with fluffy pillows which were not too hot, modern kitchen and a large balcony, we were both shocked with the size of the studio.
The hotel is close to all amenities, supermarket across the road, lovely beaches 10 min walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants too choose from ( no need to do all inclusive).
Recommend the Irish bar down the road called ‘paddy o Kelly’s’ great service and food.
The only downside we thought was that the pool area was very quite you could have heard a pin drop, could do with some background music and the sun beds are nearly full with people reserving them. The pool gets the sun around half 11 every day.
Over all a great stay and would recommend!

We stayed for 14 nights in the smaller studio apartments rather than main block. Room was nicley decorated in bright white walls and bright furshingings..very clean and unusualy very comfortable beds with proper pillows. It contained everything u need for self catering holiday. Even had t towel and washing up liquid. Luquid soap and shampoo in bathroom as well. Wich isnt the norm in self catering. Cant coment on food served as we never ate there. Only thing i could complain about would be that at full capacity there really wouldnt be enough sun beds. Pool area rather small. But a great little hotel in an amazing location. Would deffinately highly reccomend.
