Myself and my husband stayed here for 11 nights from 4th Dec to 15th.
The hotel rooms are called 'apartments' and at first I thought this was a bit of hype, but on opening our room door I was gobsmacked. There is a separate bedroom, modern bathroom, small well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge and huge balcony. It was absolutely spotless, and whichever room you are allocated, you'll never have far to walk to the pool and bar area. The rooms are low level and if you need somewhere flat, the whole poolside area is fantastic. We stayed all inclusive which turned out to be a smart move, as you can eat and drink a lot over the holiday and paying separately can add to the cost. The main restaurant is situated by the poolside, it's gorgeous and one of the best things is the ambiance and lighting are like a proper restaurant, not some canteen style where everyone herds together and you can keep you table for the the whole evening. The food didn't have a massive range, but very good for a small hotel. The A La Carte restaurant is well worth a visit, the prices are very reasonable and the food is amazing. Finally and most importantly for us, the staff were outstanding with their service and friendliness, being a smaller hotel you really feel like they get to know you.(only 130 or so rooms). A huge thanks to Anibal (manager), Pedro (bar) who talked to us enthusiastically about football and not selling Messi, Byliana (lovely waitress), Nancy (another lovely waitress), Johan (from South London with a Tenerife accent), and Manuel (always grinning). Reception were very helpful and they even told us about a free trip to Monkey Beach in the centre of town where you meal and drinks were included in you were all inclusive. You made our holiday feel special and we'll definitely be returning soon.

We'd highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday not too far to walk to Playa de Las Americas centre, but out of the hustle and bustle. You can also walk to Los Cristianos, and Costa Adeje quite easily along well paved paths.

Thanks everyone from Alison and Pete, from Wales.x

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for a week in November and absolutely loved it. It is in a brilliant location! It is on a quiet road only 10 minute walk from the centre of Las Americas ( Taxis are also only a couple of euros). It is also extremely close to Siam Park and Mall. We were overwhelmed with the size of the apartment, definitely exceeded our expectations! The bed was very comfy and the rooms had everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, kettle, etc) and were very clean. There was a big balcony that looked onto the golf course which was lovely. It was definitely very spacious so if traveling with family you would definitely not be falling over each other like you are in some hotels. The maid came everyday without fail ( even if the do not disturb sign was on they would always come back later) which was good.

The pool area was nice and we found that there was enough sunbeds for us but can imagine in the summer months when it is a lot busier people might not be so lucky! There was ALWAYS a life guard on and they always looked aware which is great for people with children. There was entertainment on every night and kids club and activities aswell ( also a play area) which again is great if traveling with kids. I can't really comment on the evening entertainment as we went out every night.

We went self catering however you can pay for all inclusive once you are there if you want to and is roughly about 35/40 euros each. We did this one day but we found this was enough as there are a lot of lovely restaurants close by. However the food we did have was great and there was plenty of it! Alcoholic drinks are very expensive in the hotel if you aren't all inclusive.( Two vodka and cokes cost us 17 euros). There is also a little shop on the hotel premises that sells a variety of things. We ate dinner in the a la carte restaurant one night aswell which was brilliant and had a lovely atmosphere.

We went while it was quite cloudy and found the games room very handy! We had a lot of excursions booked but loved having a pool table that we could use after a busy day. The games room had a lot of things out of order when we stayed and it had loads of different things from a massage chair to racing games. The day before we left it looked as though a lot of the games were getting fixed though. In the apartment there are two TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living area which show British channels which again came in quite handy some nights when the weather wasn't great. Wi-Fi was also free and very reliable and wasn't limited to the hotel room, you could access it across the hotel.

Overall we had a very relaxing stay in this hotel and are thinking of booking again in the Summer months! The staff always had a smile on their face and were extremely helpful- couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

This holiday was exactly what we needed, We had great weather, beautiful surroundings in very well kept, clean idyllic relaxed settings, Our apartment was spacious, cleaned daily with twin beds and well furnished. We had televisions in both the bedroom and living room with English channels, and sky sports,
We were greeted on arrival with a platter of fresh fruit and a bottle of cava.

The pools were exceptionally clean with a lifeguard present at all times, who also maintained the pool side furniture which was plentiful and in good condition..

The staff could not do enough for you and you were always greeted with a smile each day.
so we would like to thank Pedro, Manuel, Bruno, Billyiana, Nancy Anibal, Johan, Rita Eva, and all of you whose names we have not mentioned for helping to make our holiday special and one to remember,

The gym was well equipped, however we were unable to use the spa as this was being repaired when we enquired.so cannot comment.
The location was perfect for us a 20 minute walk to the night-life, restaurants and shops or 5 euros in a taxi. There was also a free bus at ten and eleven am which took you into las Americas for shopping or beach. los Cristianos 20 mins away. Great holiday thank you Rose and Paul see you next year.

Lots to love about this place.
It has a look and attention to detail similar to a luxury hotel, with a more laid back atmosphear.

We loved that the supermarket had fresh and good tasting bread daily!!
We loved that the apt was spacious and how welcomed we felt when we found a filled fridge on arrival! Great with two TVs, especially convenient if having kids (several kids channels).

Relaxing atmosphere and calm/quiet since in the middle of a golf court...
Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff.

We would LOVE daily vegetarian options at the buffets (warm veg options daily as well as daily yummy vegetarian salads... you know how to make it tasty, so just have a couple of salads and a couple of warm veg. options..on each buffet and daily..). Some days we had only bread with cheese (and unseasoned raw lettuce/tomato/cucumber).. which felt abit ackward as we had payed for middle pension and additionally had to pay extra for beverages to accompany the meal..!

We would LOVE if the coffee bar would be open... not only in the evening.. cause we LOVE our freshly and professionally made coffee in the MORNING... maybe together with a lovely freshly made juice.. (The coffee/juice bar was only open after 4pm in the evening.. we had been looking forward to taste.. but couldn't try it even once during our stay due to the opening hours..)

We would LOVE if the check-in would be alot faster.. (planning the arrival/reception staff better)... it was WAY slow..with a HUGE queue and only two people in the reception..

We would love if the animation service for the kids were on daily or at least most days (it was only one day)... it was very appreciated by the kids...

The resort has two restaurants (one open only evening), one coffee/juice bar (only open in the evening), a supermarket (more of a minimarket - closed for siesta).
There is also a self service laundry, a SPA, a gym (we used neither of those three).
There is a smaller playground for kids (parents has to supervise), well maintained.

Cleaning each day. Comfy beds, nice linnen, two big fluffy pillows each.

Wifi in the room (we had bought a package trip where free Wifi was included, there seem to be other internet deals in this resort too..like not-completly free of charge etc)

The time at the resort can be combined with excursions to enjoy more of Tenerife, or just relax and rejuvinate in the happy and beautiful environment.

We hope all that we loved about this place will be the same next time. And we hope to see improvements regarding vegetarian options, opening hours of the coffee shop, faster check in etc

Thank you for a pleasant stay!
