3 of us visited this hotel this week. We stayed on a room only basis but breakfast (buffet style) is available for €8 if you want it. We didn't eat at the hotel but can recommend the red cow just across the road. €2 for a bacon sandwich etc. Very reasonable, nice food, friendly service.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Twin beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Maids came every day. Towels and bedding changed every other day.

Staff friendly, pool area nice and could always get a lounger.

Good location to the beach. 15 min walk or a €3 euro taxi ride.

Taxi rank close by, supermarket across the Rd, cash machines in the yumbo.

Overall good value for money.

The hotel block is south facing and all rooms overlook the pool which is useful when it is windy and coming from the North the building acts as a wind break. Basic facilities are adequate and quite comfortable. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach once you have found the route through the roads. Playa del Ingles road layout is a little bit of a maze if on foot. The breakfast was a huge choice covering many different tastes. Very enjoyable and get you set for the day It is well located for a couple of nearby shopping centres. You do have to pay for some extras such as the room safe which I find quite strange

Room Tip: looking our rge left side overlooks the children's area to the right side is the restaurant

We chose this hotel for our first visit to Playa del Inglés. It was quite nice, and I would like to say that the staff - at all levels - were extremely helpful, kind and service-minded! The room was quite satisfactory, with all the implements and accessories we needed. What we could have done without was loud music from the pool area in the afternoon. But that wasn't really a big problem. The pool area was nice, it was tidy, and the pool bar personnel were all service and smiles! There is no sea view, but we knew that when we made our booking, so this is no complaint. There is a super market just across the street from the hotel entrance, catering for all conceivable needs. We particularly enjoyed the fresh bread every day. As we took trips to Maspalomas and Puerto de Mogan, it was a treat to have a bus stop only 100 meters from the hotel. We had a lovely fortnight at the Buenos Aires!
