The room we had smelled really bad & we stayed 3 nights. Didn’t get to speak to a manager until 2 days after we left. He did his best to resolve the situation & my concerns but were no longer their. He apologized & that was big of him. Also stated that he would locate the source & take care of it.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. If there was something out at the breakfast, they would replenish it right away. The only change I would make next time is to ask for a room not on the highway side. Was able to sleep even with highway near by.

It was a great stay with a very nice room and good hospitality from all the employees. Thank u and I can't wait for my next stay. The food was very good with a great selection. And I loved the easy check in thru ur app. I don't know how y'all could get any better then y'all already r .thnk tu very very much for the great stay.

Good room if you just expect a place to sleep/shower. Location not very centrally located to attractions. Staff does not respond proactively to issues with room readiness, and television reception issue correction.

Was sadly disappointed as usually TripAdvisor is a good guide for the hotels in an area. Not the case here. We stayed in room 223 from Thursday May 17th through Sunday May 20th.These rooms at $135/night did not even have refrigerators in the room. If u want a drink in ur room, you have to pack down to the ice machine. Strike one. Then our room would leak from the bathroom ceiling every time the room above us took a shower. This was not a new problem judging from the amount of mold/mildew on the ceiling. Strike 2. Finally on our 3rd morning there, we went to breakfast. There was hardly anything there. When we asked if we could get some bacon and eggs since the bins were empty, we were told we could make ourselves a waffle if we wanted food because she wasn’t heating the ovens back up only 30 minutes before breakfast was over. When we reported this to the desk, we were told “yeah, sorry about that”. Strike 3. Don’t be sorry, we left, we’re not coming back!
