Food portions are really huge. My wife and I have only visited this once since it went from a Chinese buffett to the Asian-inspired steak house. The food is really good but it's odd to have such an enormous building for a restaurant. The salad bar is good and not overdone. Plenty of fresh veggies. The fried shrimp appetizer has twice as much shrimp as I would expect for the price. These were large shrimp in panko breading and cooked perfectly. My wife ordered a ribeye and wanted it well done. It came out still juicy but cooked through. I took a few bites and was impressed that it was cooked well-done but still had some juicy fat.
