Food portions are really huge. My wife and I have only visited this once since it went from a Chinese buffett to the Asian-inspired steak house. The food is really good but it's odd to have such an enormous building for a restaurant. The salad bar is good and not overdone. Plenty of fresh veggies. The fried shrimp appetizer has twice as much shrimp as I would expect for the price. These were large shrimp in panko breading and cooked perfectly. My wife ordered a ribeye and wanted it well done. It came out still juicy but cooked through. I took a few bites and was impressed that it was cooked well-done but still had some juicy fat.

We walked in expecting to have Chinese food for lunch, but were surprised to find that along with the name change (China KO Steakhouse), they no longer are a Chinese restaurant. They might want to take China out of the name so people don't get confused the way we did....

We heard a lot of good things about this steakhouse and it didn’t disappoint. Our waiter Henry was attentive and took time to speak with us and repeatedly thanked us for being there. Our party of three all ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly, the soup and salad bar were fantastic and everything was very fresh. The price is fantastic, you definitely gets your money’s worth. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning there again in the near future

We decided to give this place a try, since they reinvented themselves, as a steakhouse. Interior is huge, very clean, and relaxing. We were greeted and seated quickly;staff is young but very nice, and efficient, too. They brought us 2 muffins after we ordered; one cornbread, one with a gingerbread/carrot/pineapple theme. The cornbread was too dry to eat, neither was warm, but the carrot type muffin was very good. I'd ask for 2 of those, next time, and skip the cornbread. We decided to split the larger ribeye, and added a salad bar, for $7.00. Very reasonable, as the salad bar included 4 soups, and some very fresh salad items; not just your "thrown out of a Cisco bag" type salad, and good dressings to choose from. I did not try the 3 other "salads", which were like cole slaw, potato salad, etc, but they looked standard. One person in our party ate the tortilla soup, which he said was "okay"; the baked potato soup looked better. Our food came in reasonable time. The steak was well cooked to our order, and did have a good "grilled" type flavor to it. There was a bit of fat in the steak, but plenty of beef for us to eat, with the salad bar, soups, bread, and our sides of mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli, which were very good.
This would be a great place for a Very large group, or party. They did seat the 6 or so tables in close proximity to each other, so we did not feel "lost" in the large space. The bill for the 2 of us, with iced tea and a water to drink, was about $35.00 (plus tip). Nice service, relaxing atmosphere, and decent food. I might not come here every week, but would add it to the rotation of places to eat, especially since a diner can get that salad bar and soups, for $7.00,which is a good deal, especially for lunch.
